The 2011 Banquet will be held on Saturday, September 17th at Richmond East Moose Lodge. Doors open at 6:00pm; we begin serving at @ 6:30. The Moose Lodge is located at 7167 Flag Lane, Mechanicsville, Va. 23111. (just off Cold Harbor Rd. near the intersection with Bell Creek Rd) Directions: Take the Mechanicsville Turnpike (RT. 360 East) exit off I295 (heading toward Aylett and Tappahannock). At the first light turn right onto Bell Creek Rd. (Taco Bell is on the right, then Best Buy) Go Just about 1mile to the second stop light. That is the intersection with Cold Harbor Rd. Keep straight through the stop light and just beyond the intersection you turn right onto Flag lane. You will be ablt to clearly see the Moose lodge on the right. (VFW is on the left on Flag Lane). Each player who will participate must sign up and each player is required to bring a side dish or Dessert. Sign up forms will be available approximately two weeks prior to the banquet.
